Wincombe Kitchens is a family owned and managed business, established initially to supply purpose built kitchen furniture to the building trade. Devon Tiles is a family run business situated in Ottery St Mary. Since the company established in 2002 it has developed and expanded to become a major importer of tiles, with thousands of metres imported each year. Managing Director, Colin Ingram, has been in the tile retailing industry for many years. He saw a need for natural stone floors to be shown in larger areas and therefore opened the current showroom on the Finnimore Trading Estate at Ottery St. Mary.

In bygone days civilised man has enjoyed the benefits of bathing. In AD120 the Roman Emperor Hadrian had, in his villa in Tivoli near Rome, most of the facilities that you would expect in today's bathroom. They had hot and cold running water, washout w/c's, a type of shower, underfloor heating, spa and plunge pools. Unfortunately most of this was lost in the appropriately named Dark Ages.
