I am the world's worst shopper! So at The Big Bathroom Shop, I've tried to create a totally new shopping experience which is relaxing, enjoyable and totally non-pressured. I refuse to employ pushy sales people. My employees are trained to be simply helpful and friendly.
The Big Bathroom Shop stocks a wide range of products, from loos to steam cabins which are equipped with radios and lights. The showrooms have wide, spacious aisles which are on one low level at the York Road super store and over Two levels at our Pudsey branch. The displays are life-size and there is an emphasis on being able to 'see what you get'. The new displays, showing how a bath can be replaced by a shower unit, come in fifteen settings to help you visualise how best to use your space.

I would like to thank Richard and his staff for all his help, advice and knowledge in helping me obtain my lovely new kitchen. I would also like to thank Paul and his team, Rob, Jack, Simon and John. Paul was very professional and happy to share his knowledge and advice.
The job was done in a very professional manner. Both fitters were friendly and polite. We were informed throughout the project of any problems which were resolved without any problems lasting very long. We are delighted with our bedroom now!!
Walked into York Road showroom, saw what we liked, Richard did a drawing, gave us a price, decided to have it. Mel the fitter came to have a look round, told us what he could do and asked if it was alright. Gave us a date, came on time everyday. Did a great job, would have Mel to do a job for us at anytime. Great company fantastic fitter.
