Everything about the process from the initial enquiry through planning to fitting was extremely straightforward. Within a few hours of my first phone call Carl was visiting my home and talking me through the possibilities with exemplary clarity. Carl and his team were able to minimise disruption: there was scarcely any sign in the rest of the house that a new bathroom was being fitted. Carl and his team had left everything spotless and gleaming. Their pride in their work is clear to see.
